Philosophy and Objectives

 

 

Due to the difficulty in getting the high-quality equipment and raw materials necessary to run an ice-cream business in Thailand, we initially managed to get most of the ingredients directly from Italy.

 

However, this necessarily implied a reduction in the choice of flavours and products and led us to consider possible hypotheses to overcome these limitations. With this goal, we started up our new company in August 2006.

 

 

 

PHILOSOPHY

 

We are strongly convinced that learning is one of the major keys to success both in business and in life. In particular, the ever-changing nature of the Italian gelato and ice-cream sector, with its regular input on the market of new products and equipments and the continuous technical improvement of production cycles requires continuous professional learning and refreshment.

 

Transferring our experience and skills to others has thus allowed us both to face the changes occurring on the confectionery market and to establish a profitable exchange of ideas and knowledge.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

OBJECTIVES

 

- To import high-quality raw materials, ingredients, flavours and equipments for the production of Italian gelato, ice cream and pastry products from leading Italian companies in this field. In fact, we are strongly convinced this is the first step for a successful production and selling process.

- To create a selling and distribution network to effectively penetrate into the market.

 

- To provide our customers with advice on production and market strategies. We believe this kind of support is one of the most important services customers need and we consider it as the natural evolution of our mission..

 

- To provide customers with instructions and assistance, whenever and wherever needed, by means of specific courses concerning the art of Italian gelato, ice-cream and iced pastry making. Learning is indeed one of the keys to success in this business and needs to cover a wide range of topics: from production methods and product lines to single products and their specific characteristics and versatility.

- Our main and final goal is to develop a real Italian gelato, ice-cream and iced pastry business in Thailand.
