ADVANTAGES OF SILICONE FOR PROFESSIONAL

Produced with 100% silicone for alimentary use, Silikomart Professional moulds are ideal for the preparation of any recipe, whether sweet or savoury. Light, resistant and practical, they are the best alternative to all other baking moulds and pans produced with other materials.

They can be used for baking in gas or electrical ovens, microwaves, grills and hotplates as well as for freezing in either deep freezers or fridges. In fact, they are capable of resisting temperatures of as low as -60°C and as high as +230°C, all of which allows foodstuffs to be taken directly from the freezer to the oven without any change in the characteristics of the material. Pure alimentary liquid silicone is not only odourless and taste free, its thermal conduction guaranties the best results for cooking and baking. Its non-stick nature andflexible shape also allow for an easy, speedy and perfect process when demolding, without any loss of time nor ingredients.

The moulds can easily be washed with hot water and a sponge, or in a dishwasher. They occupy very little space: bend them or roll them up, they will always keep their original shape. Their correct use will guarantee a longer lasting use than any other traditional products.

Our Standard recipe book, printed in 10x15 cm format, has been written by Silikomart in conjunction with the "Peccati di Gola" cookery school of Venice. It presents a series of easy-to-prepare dessert and savoury recipes that go wellwith all of the moulds in the vast Silikomart range.

The "Moulding and Baking with Looney Tunes" recipe book, also printed in 10x15 cm format, is the result of Silikomart's acquisition of a Warner Brothers licence to use the images of Tweety, Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, and Sylvester in a special range of moulds. This brightly coloured and entertaining recipe book gives a brief description of the distinctive features of each character and includes a series of dessert and savoury recipes to satisfy all tastes. This particular book will soon be expanded with more recipes and new Warner Brothers characters.
